Reading and resources for CEOs, founders and anyone interested in becoming a stronger, more resilient leader and human being.
Here are a few of the questions I offer when working with a client who is ready to deeply reflect on life/leadership as they know it. Which question jumps out to you?
I hope you will take a few minutes (or a day) to reflect this week:
**How will I measure my success over time in this company?
**How would I know that I have made an impact in my role at this company?
**What are my core values?
**Who at this company can I trust to have my best interest in mind?
**What would allow me to feel confident my family and I are financially secure?
**What are the daily rituals that fuel me?
**In my life, beyond work what is important for me to make time for?
**How do I best reset/recharge when my stress levels are high?
**What do I want to be known for?
Enjoy your reflection,
