Here are 4 resources that will benefit anyone’s leadership handbook.  
I highly recommend taking one open-ended question [for example: what have I done while we’ve worked together that has had the largest positive impact on you?] to 2-4 colleagues between now and next Friday.  You may be amazed by what you discover.  Asking this type of question also conveys reflection, curiosity and commitment to development, while colleagues and employers tend to appreciate.
